No worries I'm in good hands...

I arrived in Guadalajara, Mexico Monday Jan 30th around 4:30pm (central time) .  Andy and his lovely wife Karyn picked me up. The first thing Andy asked was if I like Starbucks...lol! I immediately thought to myself, this is soooo a God thing. Anyways, straight from the airport we went to their bible school which is held at their church. Kind of like F.I.R.E Chicago. Only they are a branch of Bethel's Supernatural School of Ministry. Both Karyn and Andy are the regional directors of Guadalajara. There's team of teachers that take turns teaching weekly. Classes are held on Mondays and Tuesdays from 5-9pm. It's really cool to see the wide variety of age amongst the students. The first year is split up into three trimesters. Each trimester has a different focus. The first focuses on identity and freedom, the second on intersession and the prophetic, and the third focuses on the supernatural and transformation. Right now we're in the second session and I got to sit on some really great classes. That same night I arrived one of the missionaries A.W. taught a lesson titled "Dreaming with God". The second part was taught by Terry David it was called "The Value of Revelation and Understanding." Both are American missionaries who are fluent in Spanish. I understood about 85% of it = )

That same day Karyn and I went over my schedule. On Mondays I will be helping another missionary couple (Carrie and Todd Pruette) homeschool their 4 kids. Check this out....Carrie and Todd are best friends with the missionaries that Sam is staying with. They lived in Thailand for many years with them, cRaZy!

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday I have Spanish class with the Pruettes and Karyn who is our teacher.

Tuesday and Friday I will be cooking for the family.

Wednesdays is our day off. This Wednesday was great. It was really cool hanging out with the Pricers on their day off. I got to see how they spent quality time together. Kind of new for me. We spent pretty much the whole day together except for a few hours in the evening. We went to the mall, ate pizza, played some games, and watched a movie. Oh I forgot to mention they have three kids. However, I've only met Julia who's 15 and Hunter who is 16 turning 17 this month. Their other daughter Brittney goes to Bethel in Redding.

That evening I got to be a part of their SOZO ministry (http://bethelsozo.com/). That was amazing, I witnessed God heal this woman right before my eyes. When she left the encounter, her face was glowing.

Thursdays, we go to the downtown area (el centro) pray for the sick and share the love of God with the the people we meet. Today we had a really good time. We prayed for a few people and led a man to Christ.

Fridays, we will be spending at the church as well as Saturday. On Saturdays I will be a part of the childrens feeding program.

Sundays, Andy and his family usually travel and preach around Guadalajara and in the evenings we will go to their church service.

I have no complaints = )I'm in great company and I've been able to have some awesome alone time with God.

I'm really enjoying His presence. In it there is fullness of Joy.
You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore. Psalm 16:11

Continue to pray for the missionaries out here as well as me. Andy and Karyn have such a huge vision for Guadalajara. They genuinely love the people and want to see God do something great here. As for me please pray for my Spanish. There's so much I want to share with the people but feel so limited. Pray that the love and power of God will be demonstrated in our midst as we step out in faith.
Love you- Nat
